Recently got a 2” lift installed on my Jimny, everything works great except the steering was a bit off and the car seemed unstable on the road at high speed.
This can be fixed by installing castor correction bushes. (Get them installed by a proper 4×4 center and not some backyard oke, this may be an easy task but most wheel alignment places won’t be able to help. )
You should install castor correction done on your 4×4 if it has a lift 2” and above especially with bigger tyres, as it would:
Improve the on road handling and steering
It also makes the steering centre when you let go of the steering.
Steering will be less jumpy
I have the 2” lift kit from De Sol and the castor correction bushes for Iron Man, my recommendation would be to get the whole kit form De Sol. ( Brilliant service and answered all my questions before/after purchase)
