Thank you for shopping at Peach Overlanding. We are committed to providing you with quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our refund policy carefully:

1. No Refunds on Used Products

  • We do not offer refunds on any products that have been used. Once a product is used, it cannot be returned for a refund.

2. Damaged Products

  • If you receive a product that is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • To initiate a claim, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the damaged product.
  • Once we verify the damage, we will provide instructions on how to return the product. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will either replace the product or issue a refund, depending on the availability of the product.

3. Return Process

  • To return a damaged product, you must ship it back to us in its original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
