Shipping Policy
At Peach Overlanding, we partner with two trusted local carriers—Pudo and The Courier Guy—to deliver your gear anywhere in South Africa. Please review our shipping details below:
1. Flat-Rate Shipping Fees

Standard Items: R 100 per order, regardless of carrier or destination.

Oversized / Heavy Items: R 500 per order (e.g. winches, drawer systems, large roof tents).
2. Carriers & Delivery Types
Pudo Locker-to-Door

Parcels travel from our warehouse into the Pudo locker network, then onward to your door for final delivery.

Ideal for locations with limited Courier Guy coverage or when you need the locker fallback.
The Courier Guy (Door-to-Door)

Direct delivery from our warehouse straight to your address.

Best for urban deliveries or time-sensitive orders.
3. Order Processing & Delivery Time

Processing Window: Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri), excluding public holidays.

Estimated Delivery:

Metro Areas: 2–3 business days

Regional / Outlying Areas: 3–5 business days

4. Tracking Information

We do not automatically send tracking details.

If you’d like a waybill or Pudo code, simply reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at info@peachoverlanding.com, and we’ll forward the tracking info within one business day.
5. Failed Deliveries & Returns

Pudo: If locker delivery fails, we’ll attempt door delivery. Should that also fail, the parcel returns to our warehouse—re-shipping incurs the original fee (R 100 or R 500).

The Courier Guy: Unsuccessful delivery holds at the local depot for 5 days. After that, parcels return to us, and a re-delivery fee equal to the original shipping rate applies.
6. International & Special Orders

We currently ship only within South Africa.
